Founder Bio.

Adam R. Saslow is a public policy strategist and senior facilitator with nearly thirty years of experience guiding complex stakeholder dialogues and public engagement processes. Throughout his career, Adam has helped government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community stakeholders address some of the nation’s most challenging policy questions involving natural resource management, regulatory compliance, climate resilience, coastal resources, and community development. His work focuses on creating safe and productive environments where stakeholders can develop common understandings, exchange ideas, explore options, and make informed decisions.

Adam now divides his time between the facilitation practice at Consensus Solutions and his passion for professional coaching where he has helped leaders evolve and teams to elevate their performance.  He has helped junior talent to find their passions and begin their careers in areas that capitalize on their skills and interests. He has helped executives to lead high performance teams.

Adam began his career in New York City’s hotel industry while earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Management and International Finance from New York University. He worked on Wall Street for several years before earning a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management from Yale University. He served his country for six years at the United States Environmental Protection Agency before jumping into the consulting world in 1998. For nearly three decades, his facilitation work has supported federal agencies, regional commissions, state governments, and nonprofit organizations in developing strategic plans, resolving conflicts, and building collaborative solutions to complex public policy challenges.
